Аннотация. Тотальное эндопротезирование тазобедренного сустава (ТЭТБС) – это метод хирургического лечения остеоартрита, возникшего на фоне дисплазии тазобедренного сустава или других дегенеративно-травматических повреждений тазобедренного сустава у собак. При корректно выполненной операции частота послеоперационных осложнений не превышает 4%, а общая успешность вмешательства достигает 95% и более. Вместе с тем, по мере накопления клинического опыта и увеличения числа выполняемых операций, проблема осложнений приобретает все большую актуальность. По данным различных авторов, частота осложнений после ТЭТБС варьируется в широких пределах – от 4 до 30%, что обусловлено различиями в дизайнах исследований, типах имплантов, критериях оценки исходов и популяциях пациентов. В настоящем обзоре систематизированы сведения о структуре, частоте, факторах риска и современных подходах к профилактике и лечению осложнений тотального эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава у собак.
