Абстракт
Брахицефалический обструктивный синдром (БЦС; англ. Brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome/BOAS) представляет собой распространенную и клинически значимую патологию среди собак брахицефальных пород, сопровождающуюся анатомическими и функциональными нарушениями в области верхних дыхательных путей. Эта категория пациентов требует хирургической коррекции для улучшения качества жизни и профилактики респираторных осложнений.Данная статья посвящена анестезиологическому сопровождению собак с БЦС от первичного приема до момента выписки. Рассматриваются ключевые аспекты подготовки, индукции, поддержания анестезии и последующего пробуждения с акцентом на особенности строения дыхательных путей и сопутствующие патологии, характерные для этой группы животных. Представлены современные протоколы премедикации, подходы к обеспечению проходимости дыхательных путей, применение регионарной анестезии, а также методы профилактики послеоперационного респираторного дистресса.
Комплексный индивидуализированный анестезиологический подход позволяет значительно снизить риск интра- и послеоперационных осложнений, повысить безопасность хирургического вмешательства и улучшить прогноз у собак, страдающих БЦС.
